Client Policies, Terms and Conditions:
By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. Email info@builtforthestage.com with any questions.
Client Dues
Client dues will automatically be debited at the beginning of each client’s recurring month by credit card. All sales are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
Cancellations
Clients can cancel their subscription at any time by providing, at the latest, one full calendar month notice before the next billing date. Failure to provide such notice will result in the billing of one final month for which client will have access to their program.
Failed/Unpaid Client Dues
If a client fails to pay their subscription dues on their bill due date, their program will be cancelled and any special pricing will be forfeited.
FREE SHIRT PROCESSING
All shipping and size details for all new clients will be collected throughout each month. After the current month concludes, shirts will be mailed to new clients in the second month of their subscription. This means clients should list the shipping address of where they will be residing in the second month of their subscription. If on tour, clients should please note that in the new client questionnaire; we will directly reach out to coordinate delivering the client's shirt successfully. There are no free returns for free shirts. If sizing is not to a client's liking, they can contact staff and request a return but will need to pay for shipping costs. If client provides an incorrect address on questionnaire form, they can request a second attempt but will need to pay for shipping costs.
